Label Printing Roller
Most of rubber rollers for label printing must be resistant to UV curable ink, which is polar in nature. The chemistry of UV Inks creates a unique set of conditions making conventional rubber compounds questionable in quality and performance. Moreover, cleaning products for UV inks are very harsh chemicals that attack the rubber covering casing it to swell and shrink quickly and severely.
Our rubber covering is carefully developed to tackle the problem of swelling and shrinkage. It has been proven that our Label rollers deliver optimum printing results that remains unchanged over their entire life span.
