Flexography Rubber Roller
Our flexography rubber coverings are used for water-based and solvent-based inks. rubber hardness ranging from 50 Shore A to 75 Shore A. Our compounds are resistant to a wide range of solvents like IPA, Toluene, Ketones and Esters making our rollers resistant to surface cracks caused by ozone degradation of rubber.
Whether it is a Fountain roller or a plate mounted printing roller, our rubber has an unmatched bonding strength to metal cores, metal to rubber bonding failure during service has been eliminated.
