UV Coating Roller

It was a very challenging task to invent a product that offers an outstanding performance from beginning to end of its life. UV coatings are well known over the industry to cause early failure to rubber covered rollers. Simply because the chemicals inside UV coatings penetrate the rubber covering causing it to swell and change in hardness and mechanical toughness. Moreover, swelling will cause the rubber diameter to increase in size dramatically provoking so many coating problems.

The effect of UV lacquer is negligible on our UVPRO compound making it an ideal solution for this type of application.
